After a refreshing weekend, I'm back to my old self and all ready to face the challenges. I am really not someone who can spend days alone at home. Thanks all. And to Ritter Sport chocolates too.
Piggie finally booked out from camp on Friday afternoon. I missed him so much. Time slipped past so quicky, tml he will be booking in again. But it's ok. It's a fruitful long weekend.
Went shopping at town on Saturday, bought Piggie's parents' birthday present. Went shopping and I bought the Gio skinny capri for 20% off at Urban Warehouse!!! Oh my God!! I had been waiting for it to be on sales! Yippee!!!
Sunday is my Papa's birthday, went to Marina Bay with my family, and we had A LOT OF FOOD!!! Christopher(he's my younger godbro cum cousin)paid only 5 bucks and he ate more than me!!! Piggie bought Papa a chargeable battery-operated vaccum cleaner for him to clean his car. And my sis and I foot the bill for Marina Bay.
Just came home from some porridge meal at geylang with Piggie's family which cost a good 97.50 buck! The bill pulled me back from my weariness after work. WTH!!! I dun see how the porridge with sweet potato is different from the one my mum cooked. But his father seems to be more disappointed that the food is not as nice anymore rather than "xin tong" about the price. Yee!!!That's it for my fruitful weekend. I experienced some thing during the weekend. I thought the world would be a better place if everyone were to spare a thought for everyone else. The least that could be done is not to be insensitive. I remember Kq telling me how some people dunno how to treasure friends. I thought what had happened was a bit more extreme than her situation. Why would anyone want to rub salt to a friend's wound? But, in any case, I am glad that my friends aint like this. Yippee!!!
