Today is Hari Raya Puasa...Selamat Hari Raya Angel and Rene...Yee!!!
I spotted a lot of different costumes on my trip out with Hua today...feel so happy when I saw the whole family in the same color of costume...Hua says that they did it cos they wanna save money, all make from the same cloth...but to me, it is like so family to do it...somehow I wish that chinese will have this tradition too...but then, when I saw some of them in wat they normally wore everyday...I feel kind of depressed, I dunno why, but I feel that new year is not new year without new clothes, ok, maybe they think otherwise...but when I saw this Malay boy in an old tee and jeans with slippers on the bus with his mum (blouse and pants and tudang), it just touched a raw nerve in me...Maybe I should start a "New Clothes on New Year" campaign...ok, I am being materialistic and shallow-minded ger, considering that the economy has not fully recover yet...
Was trying to get Piggie's mum present today, but I cant get it anywhere, I shall appeal to all for help, anyone know where to get those cushions with water inside, preferbly a long one, not the squarish one...but either one is ok..just tell me where to get it...whether you are sure anot, I will try anywhere, cos i seriously cant think of wat else to give her anymore...leave a msg on my tagbosrd, I will remember you for the rest of my life...Thanks!!!Bought a skirt and a spag top today,
Hua said that my hair looks great, I am starting to think that it is nice too..after Felicia from my work place gave the same comment yesterday!!! Went to find Piggie for a while after shopping in Bugis, got him this bottle of super nice and lovely rock sugar with message on it, it is realli nice(design), put inside a bottle with a ribbon..will make a great gift..however the price is a bit ex..but I think it is a really sweet gift...it can be found at one of the pushcarts at Bugis Parco, I think it is outside Esprit. Yup, some advertising...
I feel sad today...after watching "Wang zi Bian Qing Wau", realli pity Yun Xi.. it is like, of no fault of hers, she lost her fiancee, her all...If it were me, I will break down too...ok, I got new clothes le, should not find any excuse anymore..shall go do it now..Yee!!!!
